How can I track my order?

If a tracking number is available for your order, you will find it in the MY ORDERS panel. Please note that we do not send tracking numbers via email.

My package wasn’t delivered; what should I do?

Begin by checking your Track & Trace code with PostNL or DHL using the link available on your personal tracking page. If your shipment has not shown any updates for 20 days, please reach out to us. We are committed to working with you to resolve the issue.

A reshipment will not be issued if the delivery failure results from an incorrect address provided by you, such as an erroneous zip code. Additionally, since EU SYNTH does not accept returns, any package returned to us will be classified as a loss.

Why don’t you send daily at 4 PM?
